PURPOSE:To improve the quality and to control a thickness of a coating liquid in high-accuracy by providing a cradle member sliding at the lower surface of a microrod bar and a member controlling the inflow of a coating flow in the vicinity of a liquid level of a liquid storage part in the side where the microrod bar surface gets out of the liquid surface. CONSTITUTION:The liquid storage part 22 of a coating liquid tank 20 is partitioned into two liquid storage parts 22a, 22b with the microrod bar 16 and the cradle member 38, and the surface of the microbar rod 16 mounts a liquid inflow controlling member 50 in both the left and right sides of the liquid storage part 22a in the liquid drawing up side. The liquid inflow in the vicinity of the liquid surface from the side to the liquid storage part is controlled by providing in such a manner, so the waving of the liquid surface is eliminated and the coating liquid is attached uniformly on the microrod bar surface and the unevenness of the coating is eliminated. Hence the accuracy of the coating thickness becomes uniform and the quality of the product is improved. |
