PURPOSE:To produce microcapsules having superior power to retain the core material made of an oily medium. CONSTITUTION:A core material made of an oily medium is emulsified and dispersed in an aq. medium contg. polyglycerol ester and the resulting O/W type emulsion is encapsulated or a core material made of an oily medium contg. an emulsified and dispersed aq. medium is emulsified and dispersed in other aq. medium contg. polyglycerol ester and the resulting W/O/W type emulsion is encapsulated. |
