<p>PURPOSE:To continue the communication by sending a trace packet relating to a relay line not registered in a relay line selection table in existence physically to a called station and receiving a trace acknowledge packet. CONSTITUTION:When relay paths A-J not registered in a relay selection table are in existence in a packet network, a trace packet for routing confirmation designating the unregistered relay line is sent to the called station via the unregistration relay line and the called station receiving the trace packet sends a trace acknowledge station designating the unregistration relay line similarly to a caller station. The transmission station receiving the trace acknowledge packet uses the unregistered relay line to send the packet to the called station and makes communication by using the unregistered relay line till the registered relay paths A-J in advance in the relay selection table.</p> |
