PURPOSE: To insert an insert by once folding an envelope sheet having a predetermined width and a predetermined length across its width, sticking ends with an adhesive tape, thereby forming an envelope on line with a printer or a copier. CONSTITUTION: An envelope sheet 2 having a predetermined width and a predetermined length is once folded across its width, and first, second flaps 2a, 2b are formed. It is press injected, adhesive tapes 12a, 12b are stuck on the end, the flaps 2a, 2b are laminated, and an envelope having an inner width equal to the width of the sheet 2 is formed. An insert 4 is inserted into the flap before press injecting the flags 2a, 2b. After an extension 2e of the second flap extended from the flap 2a is folded along a broken line 10, the tapes 12a, 12b are stuck. Then, the envelope for sealing the insert 4 is obtained. After the end is stuck by the tapes 12a, 12b, the extension 2e may be coated with the adhesive and then may be folded. |
