PURPOSE:To obtain a motorized wheelchair travelling speed of which can be controlled automatically according to the condition of pavement. CONSTITUTION:Means 2 for detecting the irregularities of pavement is provided. A plurality of data detected through the irregularity detecting means 2 are then processed through an operating unit 3 and the degree of irregularity is determined. Rotational speed of a wheel drive motor 1 is then controlled based on thus determined results. |
