PURPOSE: To realize a noise remover without the necessity of a learning mode in an active adaptation removing system regardless of the output or non-output of a polarity and also to provide a system for inversion in the adaptive remover by evaluating a speaker microphone transmission function. CONSTITUTION: A delay circuit (21) is interposed into the weighting and updating logic circuit (22) of an adaptive filter (13) using for a remover in order to make the filter (13) stable. Flexibility is held in the selection of a delay value. The delay value is previously designated and requires no adjustment in spite of the change of conditions. Therefore, the learning mode is unnecessitated. Hardware quantity required for removing active adaptaction noise is drastically reduced and the unrequired learning mode is unnecessitated as a noise source to be removed in an adaptation example such as an automobile, etc., for example.
