PURPOSE:To reduce a signal delay between nodes by setting the position of an input port and an output port opposite to adjacent nodes so as to form each of clockwise and counter clockwise communication line comprising nodes at an interval of one and remaining modes at an internal of one. CONSTITUTION:The position of an input port I and an output port O is replaced with each other in adjacent communication nodes N-1, N-2. As a result, an output from the node N-2 passes through an optical transmission line from a port P5 of an optical accessor J3 and reaches a node N-4 via a port P8 of an optical accessor J4. The output from the node N-4 reaches a node N-6 via a port P12 of an optical accessor J6, then a communication path passing through every other node counterclockwise is formed. On the other hand, a communication path passing through the remaining nodes N-3, N-1 clockwise is formed similarly, and then 2-way transmission is attained. Thus, a signal delay between nodes is reduced and the load of the network is relieved. |
