PURPOSE:To miniaturize and thin it by shifting an indicating member, which contacts by friction with a panel, by the oscillation displacement in plane direction of the panel, which performs flexural oscillation, and indicating physical quantity. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 101 outputs a step signal b, which controls the number of shifting steps of an indicating member 14, and an up/down signal a, which changes over the shifting in forward and reverse direction. A dividing circuit 105 and a shift resistor 104 outputs signals c, d, e, and f. The dividing circuit 105 becomes a 1/6 dividing circuit in case of oscillating a panel 3 with 2/lambda and indicating it by 12 division. An oscillating circuit 102 outputs the frequency waves g in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of the panel 3 to which an oscillator 1 is annexed, and modulates with signals d, e, and f together with that inverse waveform, and applies driving waves h, i, and j to the oscillator 1 through a buffer 107. The driving waves i, j, and k are waves, whose phases change by 180 deg. synchronizing with step signal b, and drive a resonance element 2 together with each inverse wave, and oscillates while changing the node position of the standing wave of 2/lambda. |
