PURPOSE:To extremely shorten the work time required for the person's name date control by omitting the checking job of the person's name data carried out by 8 user after registration of the person's name date. CONSTITUTION:An input identifying part 2 checks whether the person's name data are produced in a correct form or not. A data dividing part 5 segments a single head character of the person's name data. A date checking part 4 checks whether the segmented head character is contained in a foreigner's name date character code table 8 or not. If so, a processing part 5 adds a foreigner's name identifier to the person's name data. Then an output part 6 outputs the divided person's name data to a person's name conversion date file 7. |
