PURPOSE:To mold a blow-molded item with smooth and excellent appearance and with a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 the joining face of which has miscibility with a premolded item 80 is placed in a mold 9 for blow molding and then, the premolded item is extruded and gas is fed in the premolded item. A blow-molded item at least a part of which is integrally jointed with the film 1 is obtd. thereby. As the film 1 exists between the cavity face 920 and the premolded item 80, air between both is discharged smoothly. In addition, as the surface of the premolded item 80 is not bited by an air vent hole, the surface is beautiful and finishing treatment of the surface is not necessary. |
