摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a molded item with no deviation in thickness by using an arranging apparatus by means of which reinforcing fibers can pass through a molding path in such a way that the reinforcing fibers are uniformly arranged on the surface of a core material when the reinforcing fibers are arranged in order at a stage before a molding material passes through the molding path in a mold in the case when a composite consisting of a core material layer consisting of a metal and a fiber-reinforced resin layer formed on the surrounding is molded by means of a pultrusion method. CONSTITUTION:As a guide plate positioned just before a molding path 10, a guide plate 6 where a guide hole 14 wherein reinforcing fibers can be forwarded while they are brought into contact with the outer surface of a core material 1 is provided is used and therefore, when the reinforcing fibers are guided by means of an arranging apparatus, there exists no slippage of the reinforcing fibers in the guide hole 14 and the reinforcing fibers pass through it while they are uniformly arranged.
