The voltage level detector circuit generates a voltage level signal corresp. to a reference voltage, compares an input signal with the reference signal and produces a resulting logic signal. A reference level generator (1) is supplied with an operating voltage corresp. to the reference voltage by one PMOS transistor (PM11) and a comparison output device (2) is supplied with an operating voltage corresp. to the input voltage by a second PMOS transistor (PM12). USE/ADVANTAGE - For generating logic level according to input signal level with suitably low power consumption for use in semiconducting circuit architecture.
