The circuit uses a monostable multivibrator (MF) with two inputs (A,B) for the leading and trailing pulse flanks, one of which is preceded by a low-pass filter (TP). An electronic component providing a voltage drop is connected between the two monostable inputs (A,B). This electronic component comprises a diode (D) or a resistance (R2), in series with a further resistance (R1) between the second input of the monostable flip-flop (MF) and the positive operating voltage. The holding time of the monostable flip-flop (MF) is less than the interval between two successive pulse flanks.
