The arrangement is esp. used for dosing liquids or pastes. It contains a chamber for the medium in which is an axially movable piston (10) and which has a needle shaped dispensing tip (19). The piston is connected to a motor driven linear drive contg. a controlled electric motor (8). The motor moves the piston through a defined distance and optionallly in the direction of the dispensing tip or in the opposite direction. The piston rod can be an axially movable, rotationally fixed threaded rod (13) or toothed rod driven via a transmission (12). USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. for medical use. Accurately reproducible volume dispensing of liquids or pastes is achieved.
