PURPOSE:To simplify a control circuit and to make a halogen lamp unnecessary, by providig a mobile part for controllig light quantity from a light source at least on one part of a reflective plate provided in the light source, and enabling the light quantity from the light source to be optionally adjusted. CONSTITUTION:Light source 20 having reflective plate 19 is provided in exposure device 18 of a copier, and scans original 15 moving together with original platen 14. Plate 19 consists of fixed refector 24 and mobile reflector 29, and one side of reflector 29 is fixed to drive shaft 31 having a dial 30. The openig angle of plate 19 can be changed by rotating dial 30 and turning reflector 29 in the direction of arrows (a) or (b), thus permitting illumination quantity to be controlled in accordance with density of original 15. |
