PURPOSE: To prevent generation of a folding line in an air bubble material at the time of a bending processing in a method for manufacturing a gasket molding body for automobile, in particular, which is manufactured by a compact material and a material having an air bubble quality and sufficiently elastic and for which the bending processing is performed by a small radius without a folding line. CONSTITUTION: A biaxial extrusion molding is performed by making a gasket molding body having a fastening area 1 made of a compact elastomer and a metallic filling material 5 constituting a U-shaped slit and a packing area 2 made of foam rubber as one body. Before a bending processing is performed for this molding body by a small radius, extension force of the metallic filling material 5 is left in a proper length range and the metallic filling material 5 is preliminarily extended. |
