<p>PURPOSE:To provide a rubber stopper for medicine which has various types of excellent properties such as being conformed to 'rubber stopper test law for transfusion fluid' under Japan pharmacopoeia revision 11, being suitable for applications for which liquid leakage property is especially required, being superior in other coring properties, and being conformed to cell toxicity test, etc. CONSTITUTION:Polyisoprene rubber is the main component of the title rubber cap, and a liquid state polybutadiene which has an end functional group in the molecule is blended by 0.5-20 pts.wt. and/or a liquid state polyisoprene which has a functional group in the molecule is blended by 0.5-15 pts.wt., and in addition, an inorganic filler is blended by 5-40 pts.wt., and they are peroxide cured to make the title rubber cap for medicine.</p> |
