PURPOSE:To provide the slag decreasing agent which decreases or prevent the generation of slag at the time of producing centrifugally formed products, such as piles produced by centrifugal forming of mortar or concrete, poles, steel pipe combined piles, steel pipe linings, and hume pipes, and the centrifugally formed product formed by using this agent and the process for producing this product. CONSTITUTION:This invention consists of the slag decreasing agent consisting of a boron compd., such as boric acid, clay ore, such as bentonite, at need, and inorg. powder, such as silica hume, as essential components, the process for producing the centrifugally formed products formed by adding this slag decreasing agent to concrete of 350 to 600kg/m<2> unit cement quantity and further the centrifugally formed product contg. the boron compd. produced by this process for production. The slag which is heretofore generated at the time of producing the centrifugally molded products, such as piles, is decreased or completely prevented if the slag decreasing agent of this invention is used. Not only the time and cost which are usually spent for a slag treatment are remarkably reduced but also the waste as industrial waste is eliminated and, therefore, the effect of helping the maintenance of environment is obtd. |
