PURPOSE:To suppress precipitation of Ba0.5TaO3 and to improve the Q value by incorporating phosphorus and MgO by specified amt. into Ba(MgTa)O3 perovskite type oxide. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric porcelain compsn. consists of a perovskite structure oxide essentially comprising Ba0.5TaO3 and 0.005-1.0wt.% phosphorus and further MgO by 0.005-1.0wt.% to the total amt. If the amt. of phosphorous is less than the lower limit, a densely sintered body can not be obtd. by normal pressure method, and if the amt. is higher than the upper limit, the Q value decreases. If the excess MgO is lower then the lower limit, precipitation of Ba0.5TaO3 can not be enough controlled and if the amt. is above the upper limit, the Q value decreases. |
