PURPOSE:To prevent undesired deformation from generating to a bind by binding lots of recorded paper sheets with the bind and carrying the bind only when the recording is started. CONSTITUTION:A bind material 23 for binding is carried by a driver roller 25 and the material 23 is turned round in a loop by a tape support claw 29 as a circulation means. The recording paper is arranged in a loop by carrying the recording paper onto a placing base and the binder 23 is tightened to bind or seal the recording paper. In this case, a transmitter means is driven by a signal from an image forming start signal generating means provided to a picture recorder to start carrying the material 23. When all the recording paper after recording is discharged on a tray 35, the binding is implemented. When a paper quantity and copying processing section is not available of recording, it is displayed and the advance supply of the tape 23 is avoided. |
