PURPOSE:To enable unattended electric discharge machining to be carried out without any occurence of fire by using noncombustible specific aqueous solution for electric discharge machining liquid. CONSTITUTION:Noncombustible aqueous solution of saccharoid (one kind or several kinds of sucrose, grape sugar, fruit sugar and maltose) is used for electric discharge machining liquid to eliminate the possibility of fire caused by spark of discharge and permit unattended operation without reducing working speed. |
