PURPOSE:To provide a wheel cover 2 capable of making a pattern and the like on the wheel cover 2 always stationary in a normal position while both in a travel motion and in stopping. CONSTITUTION:Inside of an empty chamber whose one side is formed in a transparent thin drum shape, a wheel cover is provided with a mechanism for making printed board standstill to support an unbalanced printed board 7, which is a thin circular shape and is installing a weight 11 in a part of the circumference, with a bearing mechanism so as to be rotate freely. |
