Dietary compositions based on phosphorylated lipids and their use to improve vision troubles.

The invention relates to new naturally occurring phosphorylated lipid-rich compositions. It relates to dietary compositions whose main constituents are: a) a triglyceride of formula in which X and Y, which are identical or different, represent the acyl residue of a polyunsaturated fatty acid having 18 to 24 carbon atoms, R is hydrogen or a carboxyl and Z is a primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary amine-containing radical and b) oil, from cold-sea fish, rich in DHA, EPA and vitamin A in combination with or mixed with a diluent, a carrier and/or a binding agent and a food supplement. These compositions are useful for improving vision disorders.
