PURPOSE:To enlarge a disposition space and improve flexibility in the disposition of a valve and the like by disposing a manual shaft in a recessed groove provided at the outer peripheral part of the specified rotating member of speed change mechanism, in proximity to the axis-of-rotation of the speed change mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A manual shaft 72 for operating a manual valve by a lever is disposed in a recessed groove part 78 provided at a rotating drum 76 in such a way as to be positioned above a control valve. The manual shaft 72 is thereby disposed further close to the axis of rotation 18 so as to be positioned further above the control valve. Accordingly, even if the manual valve is disposed at an upper side valve body, the required length of the lever can be secured, and the specified moving quantity of the spool of the manual valve can be secured in relation to the specified turning angle of the manual shaft 72.
