PURPOSE:To make a multistage solenoid small-sized and lightweighing by a method wherein respectively two pieces of excited coils and moving iron cores and a piece of output shaft is constituted in one piece of solenoid for making it possible to gain three kinds of strokes and suction force with one piece of solenoid and one piece of output trans mission part. CONSTITUTION:Within a cylindrical yoke 1 respectively the first-and-second excited coils 2a and 2b as well as the first-and-second moving iron cores 4 and 5 are arranged and further one piece of output shaft is prepared. Also at one end of the yoke 1 the fixed iron core 3 is fixed while at another end the first heel piece plate 7 is arranged, the heel piece plate 7 is furnished with a spool 9 and on said spool 9 a spool stage part 9a is formed for constituting so that the first-and-second iron cores 4 and 5 can move within the heel piece plate 7. It is further so made that by means of respectively exciting and nonexciting of the coils 2a and 2b three kinds of strokes and suction force are gained from the joint 12 and the joining pin 13 constituting the output transmission part of one piece of shaft 6 and the solenoid of said constitution is combined in a multistage for making a small-sized and lightweighing multistage solenoid. |
