PURPOSE: To simplify assembly, and to obtain large rigidity by mutually coupling a core composed of a carrier material constituted in a honeycomb shape and a layer comprising a soft magnetic material incorporated into a structure by force coupling. CONSTITUTION: A core 3 made up of a carrier material configured in a honeycomb shape and layers 1, 2 comprising a soft magnetic material incorporated into the structure by force coupling are bound mutually, and a sandwich panel is formed. The initial permeability of the soft magnetic material is set in 3,000 or more, and the modulus of longitudinal elasticity is set in 170,000 N/mm<2> or more. A high permeability bonding manufacturing a shielding device preventing the electromagnetic compatibility of low frequency and low resistance comprises a nickel iron-based alloy containing approximately 70-82 wt.% nickel, not less than approximately 9 wt.% iron and 11 wt.% copper, approximately 6 wt.% molybdenum and chromium. Accordingly, manufacturing cost by the chamber of one-layer rigidity and the economization of materials can be reduced. |
