发明名称 IMPROVEMENT OF FRETTING FATIGUE STRENGTH
摘要 PURPOSE:To restrain lowering of fatigue strength due to fretting in contact part of a constituted member with the other member in structural material. CONSTITUTION:To surface 10 in the structural material 1, blasting treatment is executed. Successively, the prescribed metal powder is thermal-sprayed on this surface 10 to form substrate layer 2 having 80-120mum thickness. Further, by thermal-spraying mixed powder of the metal powder used to formation of the substrate layer 2 and ceramic powder, intermediate layer 6 having 80-120mum thickness, is formed on the surface of substrate layer 2. At last, by thermal-spraying the ceramic powder having the same kind as the ceramic used to formation of the intermediate layer 6, the ceramic thermal spraying layer 3 is formed and finished with surface polishing so as to become 80-120mum thickness. That is, the structural material 1 is brought into contact with the other member at the surface of ceramic thermal-spraying layer 3 having intense stickness and high hardness through the substrate layer 2 and the intermediate layer 6 on this surface 10. Then, the intermediate layer is not formed and the substrate layer having 100-150mum is formed on the surface 10 of structural material 1 and further, on this surface, the ceramic thermal-spraying layer is directly formed and the total thermal-spraying layer having 100-150mum thickness may be finished with the grinding.
