PURPOSE: To provide a metallic closure cap having a deformable center portion and a tamper-evident device wherein safety is assured with a center insert separated from a ring at the time of unsealing, by providing the ring fixed to the closure cap and a single center insert coupled to the ring by several coupling protrusions. CONSTITUTION: The rigid container 6 is closed by a metallic cap 5, which is equipped with a ring 2 and a tamper-evident device tying a center insert 3 coupled to the ring 2 by three coupling protrusions 4. The cap 5 is threaded over an upper portion of the container 6 via a boss 8 and sterilized, and a membrane 9 of the cap 5 is recessed inwardly in the container 6. When the container 6 is unsealed, the membrane 9 of the cap 5 applies pressure to a compensation bead 7, resulting in the coupling protrusions 4 broken to have the center insert 3 released. The tamper-evident device is made of a resin material capable of being shattered such as polystyrene by injection molding or the like. |
