PURPOSE:To manufacture a piezoelectric ceramic composition having increased bulk density, electric machine coupling coefficient (Kp), and specific inductive capacity epsilon, which is suited for a practical application. CONSTITUTION:A title item is used for manufacturing a piezoelectric ceramic composition which consists of a composite oxide PdZrO3, PbTiO3, and Pb(SnNbSb)O3 and contains a process where an alkali dispersion containing a niobium source and a suspension containing a titanium source source and a zirconium source are produced, a process where the suspension is dropped to the above dispersion and a coprecipitation object is obtained, a process where the coprecipitation object is tentatively baked and is changed to a tentative particle, and a process where a lead source, a tin source, and an antimony source are added to the tentatively baked particle and are tentatively baked. Since the antimony is added after the coprecipitation object is tentatively baked, its content is not reduced within the composite oxide, thus achieving the manufacture of the piezoelectric ceramic composition where characterisitics as the piezoelectric ceramic such as an electrical machine coupling coefficient (Kp) and a specific inductive capacity become stable. |
