PURPOSE:To prevent the development scum of silicone rubber, etc., scraped off by the revolution of a brush roller from coexisting in a developer and from flowing into a developer tank at the time of development processing of a waterless PS plate. CONSTITUTION:A liquid pool 13 is provided in the bottom of a cover member 12 disposed around the brush roller 6 and a filter 14 is disposed. Various kinds of filters in addition to a filter made of a cloth are usable as the filter 14 and this filter is preferably formed of a flexible material. The developer contg. the development scum is splashed by the centrifugal force generated as the brush roller 6 revolves so as to act in the direction of expanding the filter 14. The development scum stays on the inner side of the filter 14 and only the developer passes the filter 14 and falls into the liquid pool 13. This developer flows sideways and is recovered into a developer tank by passing a guide pipe 15. |
