<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the reproducing time of an audio signal and/or video signal recorded on a recording medium when an unrequited part is reproduced and to decelerate the reproduction speed when an operator desires to input a required part faster. CONSTITUTION:The input work of a summary document to input from an input part 3 to a word processor is started by reproducing a recording tape at a reproduction circuit 1 by the operator, and extracting only the required part while listening to reproduced sound. Thereby, a detection circuit 4 instructs the reproduction speed to the reproduction circuit 1 so that the reproduction speed can be accelerated within a range set in advance in the case other than that input is being performed from the input part 3, and the reproduction speed can be decelerated with the range set in advance inversely proportional to input speed detected by the detection circuit 4 while the input is being performed from the input part 3.</p> |
