PRODUCTION OF URIDINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce uridine by fermentation method. CONSTITUTION:A variant having resistance to 5-fluorouridine and 5-fluorouracil sensitivity is selected by using Bacillus subtilis as a parent strain, successively provided with resistance to 5-fluoroorotic acid and resistance to 5-bromo-2'- deoxyuridine, grown and aerobically cultured to produce uridine.
