PURPOSE:To enable safety and efficient operation to improve productivity by automatically supplying fraction measurement of material rubber with a material rubber fraction measuring line connected in the middle of a material carry and supply line. CONSTITUTION:Material rubber W of constant weight which is supplied from a material rubber supply device 1 is separated in the middle of a material carry and supply line X and sent via a separation conveyer 4 and a transfer conveyer 8 to a sending conveyer 9 of a material rubber fraction measuring line Y, where the rubber W is cut into a predetermined weight value of 1/n-alpha by a cutter 10 placed on the line Y. The cut material rubber piece Wa is carried to sheet-like material rubber Wc by a mixing roll 11 to be supplied via a carry conveyer 13 to a measuring device 12, where it is cut into a predetermined size and weighed, then it is carried via a carry conveyer 15 out onto a projection conveyer 5 to a mixing and blending device. Thus it is possible to automatically perform supply of material rubber, cutting of fraction weight, measuring and carry-out, so that safety and efficiency of operation is improved. |
