PURPOSE:To use part of controlling switching elements in common and independently control respective loads optionally in an illumination light control device controlling the lighting of a discharge lamp load and an incandescent lamp load. CONSTITUTION:A switching element SW3 is used in common, inverter actions by switching elements SW1, SW3 are intermittently suspended, the suspension periods are made variable, thus the average current flowing in an incandescent lamp load RL2 is made adjustable. Frequencies of inverter actions by switching actions SW2, SW3 are made variable, thus the high-frequency current flowing in a discharge lamp load RL1 is made adjustable. The discharge lamp load RL1 and the incandescent lamp load RL2 can be independently controlled with a small number of elements. |
