PURPOSE:To reduce time and load for required retrieval data by a retrieval operator at the time of inputting a keyword and retrieving the data base. CONSTITUTION:An input part 12 inputting at least one keyword for retrieval and transmitting this keyword for retrieval to the data base, a free keyword storage part 11 by users registering and storing the inputted free keyword for each user, a priority order providing part 13 collating plural candidates of the retrieval result inputted from the data base with the free keyword of the corresponding user of the free keyword storage part by users and rearranging the plural candidates of the retrieval result in order of higher number of including free keywords, and a display pat 14 displaying the outline of the plural retrieval results in the priority order, are provided. By the logic condition of the keyword, the retrieval collation of the data base is performed through a communication network and the display output of the result is performed.
