<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the extent of variations in characteristic to be affected to a circuit element by miniaturizing a circuit substrate of a module for an igniter, and eliminating any effect of internal resistance in wiring as small as possible. CONSTITUTION:There is a current detecting resistor (resistive element) 14 of a primary coil current limit circuit 6' in space between an earth cable and an emitter of a power semiconductor 10 amplifying an electric current flowing in a primary coil of an ignition coil 12. In this current limit circuit 6', the circuit elements themselves are connected to each other by thick film paste, thus it is constituted by a hybrid integrated circuit. As for the resistance element 14, it is formed by Ag-Pd based paste, while as for such a wiring part s intending to eliminate any effect of internal resistance, with no low resistance, it is formed by Ag-Pt based paste.</p> |
