<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a trim or a top sealing and generation of pattling sound by extending a harness almost along an automotive panel inside a cabin and attaching a trim on the inside face of an the cabin thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A bundled harness 5 is cut and released at the lower side from a body side cap 9 by a prescribed length. Then, after the harness 5 is inserted through the harness through hole 12a of a grommet main body 12, the main body 12 is fitted in the cap 9. Next, a grommet cover member 13 is inserted into the through hole 12a from the lower side and the member 13 is inserted into the main body 12. At that time, the harness 5 is bent by almost 90 deg. in immediate front of the bottom plane 13b of the part 13 and released and extended toward the bottom plane spreading direction. Further, the member 13 is inserted into an outer piller through hole 15 and a harness assembled body is mounted on a body panel 7. After mounting of the harness assembled body, the harness 5 is separated from the grommet 9 and then elongated almost along the lower surface of the inner piller 7b. Consequently, the harness 5 and a trim 14 do not interfere with each other.</p> |
