PURPOSE:To enable drawing while successively calculating inside blocks without degrading processing speed even in a scan line, where a horizontal path is existent, similarly to the other scan line by providing a reference to judge the intersection of the scan line and the horizontal path as an odd number or an even number similarly to the other paths or apexes. CONSTITUTION:When drawing a polygon having the horizontal paths while painting the inside out by the scan lines, the rule of painting-out with the scan lines is recognized, and the direction of the path adjacent to the horizontal path, the condition of crossing the scan lines and the paths and the number of paths crossing the horizontal paths are detected. Corresponding to the recognized rule of painting-out, the inside and outside of the polygon are judged with any one of the detected data as the reference, and the polygon is drawn after deciding the drawing blocks according to this judgement. |
