Backlighting protection for cameras, adapted to be mounted in front of the objective on the camera and having an outer opening and an inner opening which can be mounted on the objective. Extending between the openings is a tunnel, surrounded by a screening part, by means of which light can pass through the tunnel and into the objective in a screened state. The backlighting protection has a holder for light-influencing accessory elements, such as filters, masks and the like. The holder is made in the form of two frame parts 13, 14 which surround the tunnel and are interconnected by means of an articulation arrangement 15. One frame part 13 is connected firmly to the screen part 2 and the other frame part 14 is mounted around the objective. The frame parts 13, 14 form a space 16 with delimiting surfaces 27, 28, 29 for said accessory element(s). The backlighting protection can be adjusted between a folded out position, in which the space is open for insertion and removal of accessory element(s), and a closed position, in which the two frame parts 13, 14 are connected to one another and then enclose any accessory element inserted. <IMAGE> |
