PURPOSE:To notify a worker of the action of excessive force on a sludge withdrawal pipe by dividing the sludge withdrawal pipe into the front pipe and the rear pipe to connect them with a flexible joint, and providing an open valves mechanism released by inclining the rear pipe against the front pipe in excess of a specific angle to a water leaking hole provided to the front pipe or the rear pipe. CONSTITUTION:When excessive force or bending moment is applied to the rear pipe 5b, narrow bolts and nuts 21 are sheared before damaging an opening and shutting valve of a sludge withdrawal pipe 5, and the rear pipe 5b is inclined against the front pipe 5a. At that time, the movement of sludge in the sludge withdrawal pipe 5 is smoothly made by bending a flexible joint 15. Washer members 23 held by the bolts and nuts 21 are free, and junction faces 25 of the washer member 23 and flanges 16 are opened. A small amount of leakage of water supplied to the junction faces 25 through a water leaking pipe 26 is injected from the junction faces 25. According to the constitution, a worker in an excavator can be notified of the action of excessive force or bending moment on the rear pipe 5b. |
