<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of voltage level switching circuits and to reduce a pattern area by providing the voltage level switching means for the storing means of a single chip microcomputer at an address line and a control line. CONSTITUTION:At the single chip microcomputer integrating an arithmetic means, storing means and input/output means on the same semiconductor substrate, the storing means is equipped with a word line decoder 1, storage part 6, voltage level switching circuit 3 and power supply switching circuit 4, the voltage level switching circuit 3 is connected to the address line and a control line 2 to the word line decoder 1, and the power supply switching circuit 4 is connected to the word line decoder 1 and the voltage level switching circuit 3.</p> |
