PURPOSE:To improve the throughput by concluding processes from input to settlement without changing the storage position of electronic slip data according to the process stage. CONSTITUTION:This system employs a non-transfer system wherein the electronic slip data which are generated by input processes (issuing) from terminal devices 8a, 8b... and stored in an electronic slip file 1 stay at substantially the same storage position until all the processes such as approval and settlement are concluded. The electronic slip data which are processed in the electronic slip file 1 are read out of the electronic data file 1 at a time and transferred to a sorted slip file 3 and a summary file 4 through a sorting and control part 7 by a batch transfer part 6 every day in a free time zone, for example, in the night. |
