发明名称 ELECTRIC CONTROLLER FOR BRUSHLESS MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To control the rotation of a brushless motor so that the motor is rotated with a stabilized driving torque corresponding to a torque command signal without requiring encoder or sine wave memory. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic position sensors 24a-24c detect the rotary position of the rotor 15a of a brushless motor 15 and produce magnetic pole signals PU, PV, PW representing the rotary position. A square wave signal generating circuit 41 produces three-phase square wave signals having phase shift of 2pi/3 and varying between positive and negative levels based on the magnetic pole signals PU, PV, PW. An amplitude control circuit 42 multiplies these square wave signals by a torque command signal value and a current control circuit 43 feeds the brushless motor 15 with a current corresponding to thus multiplied square signal. Furthermore, motor currents IU, IV, IW are controlled so that the driving torque of the output shaft of the brushless motor is fed back and the driving torque is stabilized.
