PURPOSE: To dynamically assemble a voice prompt from the vocabulary of a short prompt segment by providing a means dynamically assembling static voice information and dynamic voice information to make a sound through the use of the sound making rule of voice information. CONSTITUTION: A voice application generating program(VAG) consists of an application manager, a voice generating program, a prompt generating program and a state generation program. The VAG includes a state driving machine processing a prescribed state recorded in a state table and deciding next operation to execute between voice applications and is provided with a voice application definition interface for interfacing with a voice application preparing person.
