TERMINAL PROCESSING METHOD FOR TUBE-SHIELDED COMMUNICATION LINE

PURPOSE:To offer a terminal processing method which copes with various thicknesses of tube materials without using any protective tube for a method which cuts a tube material by cutting the tube-shielded communication line. CONSTITUTION:The tube-shielded communication line 1 is cut (A) by using a tool such as cable cutting scissors. Uncured resin 6 is made to flow in the tube material 3 from its end surface by using an injector 5 and the resin is heated 8 to be cured (C). Then the tube material 3 is cut (D) by using a tube material cutter 10. At the time of the cutting, the communication line 4 is positioned at the center part of the tube material 3 and protected by the cured resin 9. The unnecessary part of the resin 9 is removed after the tube material 3 is cut, and the communication line 4 at a terminal is taken out (E).
