PURPOSE: To provide a cell wheel gate having an improved sealing device in which only little wear exists. CONSTITUTION: In this cell wheel gate, a sealing device which wears little can be formed between the side wall 4a of a rotating cell wheel and the bearing covers 5a of its housing in the following way: a filler ring 7a made of a composite material is floatingly disposed between each bearing cover 5a and its associated side plate 4a and is loaded by an appropriate spring means 8a in both axial and radial directions. |
