摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the pressure while preventing errors in a detecting signal from the temperature change by using a piezoelectric body of a d15-model having a signal shaft in the axial direction, and a polarization shaft and a stress shaft in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:A conical cylinder part 16D with a conical space 16C is formed at an upper end of a pressure receiving rod 16. The conical cylinder part 16D shifts outward in the radial direction in accordance with the shift of a diaphragm 13 and converts the shift of the diaphragm 13 in the axial direction to the stress in the radial direction. A piezoelectric body 19 of a d15 model is provided at an upper end of the conical cylinder part 16D. The piezoelectric body 19 has a signal shaft in the axial direction and, a polarization shaft and a stress shaft in the radial direction. Accordingly, the shift of the diaphragm 13 in the axial direction can be converted to the stress in the radial direction by the conical cylinder part 16D of the pressure receiving rod 16. The stress acts on the stress shaft of the piezoelectric body 19 thereby to generate electric charges in a direction of the polarization shaft. As a result, a voltage signal corresponding to the burning pressure can be output from the signal shaft in the axial direction orthogonal to the polarization shaft.
