PURPOSE:To improve anti-termite, anti-rat characteristics, flexibility and water resistance by forming a vinyl chloride resin composition layer mixed with an anti-termite agent in the outer layer of the inclusion of a cable, thereafter, forming a vinyl chloride resin composition layer mixed with a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:In an anti-termite and anti-rat cable 10, a conductor 1 is insulated by an insulator 2 of vinyl chloride resin or the like, an inclusion 3 of jute or the like is provided on its outer side, and, an anti-termite layer 5 and an anti-rat layer 6 are formed on its outside to construct the cable. The layer 5 is composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition mixed with the anti-termite agent such as chlorpyrifos the like. The layer 6 is composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition mixed with an anti-rat agent such as micro capsuled cycloheximide or the like. |
