<p>PURPOSE:To abolish serial number management on the reception number (PR) and the transmission number (PS) of a DT packet from a subscriber in a packet switching device and to perform only the serial number management at an inter-station side in a packet network in service to perform packet relay in the packet switching device. CONSTITUTION:A packet relay display part 6 which sets the propriety of the packet relay is provided at call control memory 2 in the packet switching device 1, and a packet facility part 8 which sets the propriety of a request of packet relay by coding and a parameter part 9 which performs on/off setting are provided on a data packet 3 and a call setting packet 7 from the subscriber consisting of the serial number for reception number PR and the transmission number PS and user data D. The data packet 3 of a correspondent call can be directly transferred by the packet relay in the packet network by requesting a packet relay function from the facility of the call setting packet 7 from the subscriber.</p> |
