PURPOSE:To easily request a function by editing, generating and outputting an operation manual which is necessary to utilize an equipment in such a way that explanation data of operation contents is freely combined in accordance with the request of an operator and outputting an OMR sheet or an OCR sheet where an item being necessary to request the function to the equipment is filled up. CONSTITUTION:The equipment stores explanation data of operation contents being necessary at a processing step in an instruct information storage means 21 at the respective processing steps which are necessary to realize the function of the equipment. When the operation manual is requested, an edition control means 23 combines explanation data of operation contents at the respective processing steps which are necessary to the request of the function applying to the request and edits, generates and outputs it as the operation manual. The OMR sheet or OCR sheet where the item being necessary to request the function to the equipment is filled up is generated and outputted. |
